Sriraj
is a bright little boy who hails from a small town named Metelli which falls in the
district of Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Shiraj
father used to work as a labourer in the tea garden. Due to closure of the tea
garden Shiraj father lost his job. This event brought darkness in the family.
His mere income could only cover the tuition fee of Sriraj. Hence he
approached the local Panchayat. MARG took no time in accepting the
request from the panchayat member and admitted him at St. Georges High Secondary
School at Pedong, Kalimpong. Presently Sriraj is in class four and is doing
well in his studies.
